Haydale renames EPL Composites to Haydale Composite Solutions (HCS), starts an aerospace division

Editorial

In a press release earlier today, Haydale have announced that their recently acquired subsidiary EPL Composite Solution will be renamed to Haydale Composite Solutions (HCS).  Haydale have also appointed Matthew Turner, previously Head of R&D at EPL Composite Solutions, a Director for R&D projects and Nigel Finney, previously a Senior Project Engineer, a Director for Commercial Projects.

At the same time, they created a new aerospace division within HCS and have appointed Ebby Shahidi as Director of Aerospace and Defence projects  (previously at EGS Advanced Technologies, Cytec group) and Quentin Fontana as Collaborative R&D Manager.

Haydale shares trade at 120p, with a GBP£13.8m (USD$21m) market capitalization as of 1st of June 2015.
