A transparent electrode comprises a substrate (1), a graphene conducting layer (2) disposed on the substrate (1), a field-effect control layer (3) formed by a transparent material, and a dielectric layer (4) disposed between the graphene conducting layer (2) and the field-effect control layer (3). The field-effect control layer (3) has polar charges in a working state. The square resistance of the transparent electrode is reduced.
