The invention relates to a device for cleaning, massaging and exfoliating the back, for use during the bath. In the preferred embodiment, said device comprises a first rigid base that has an ergonomic form on the front thereof, and is designed to be hung on or attached to the wall, on the rear part thereof, by means of suction pads, screws or in such a way that it is built-in, said device having a second layer made of flexible material, to which a layer of cleaning and exfoliation material is attached, the mobility of the assembly allowing the back of the user to be massaged.
