Hi, we are Liam and Evangelos. We are building Koios, a machine reading platform for material scientists. Using Artificial Intelligence, our goal is to capture the complexity of natural language and radically transform the rate of discovery and progress in composite materials.
The goal of this short questionnaire is to quantify the time spent in searching for, and reading, research publications and/or patents. Finally, we define individuals, in: – academia, when part of a university, or college, in a student or research role – industry, when part of a commercial organisation in an engineering, or R&D, role – patents, when part of an organisation involved in writing, filing and/or analysing patents
